Debbie Neuberger

Studio Owner, Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor.

Debbie’s professional fitness journey began in 2002.  A varied background of Pilates training including:

  • Balanced Body (Comprehensive)

  • The Vertical Workshop, Shari Berkowitz, continuing education 2021-present

  • Polestar (Bridge Program)

  • IM=X (Pilates Mat and Reformer)

  • Physical Mind Institute (Pilates Mat Apprenticeship under a classically trained instructor)

Danya Scott

Certified Pilates Instructor.

Danya initially discovered Pilates while taking a class with her mom as a teenager. Fitness has always been a priority for Danya and her love for fitness eventually led her to pursue a career in Pilates. She loves the way Pilates builds her strength, exudes her confidence, and focuses her mind. She wanted to bring that same experience and feeling to others. Danya enjoys connecting and building relationships with her clients and seeing them  benefit from using the Pilates method.  Her favorite part of the session is seeing that her clients always walk out happier than when they came in.

 In 2016, Danya received a comprehensive Pilates certification through Gramercy Pilates, in NYC .  Since then Danya has worked with many clients with all different fitness needs,  goals, and those suffering from a variety of injuries.  She has always made it a priority to work around clients limitations and give modifications when needed. Pilates sessions are always a well balanced exercise routine that challenges each client, whether it be in a class or private session.  Continuing education is essential for Danya, so she can always offer her clients the best fitness plan that benefits them. Most recently her continuing education included Anatomy & Physiology. When she is not in the studio, Danya loves to travel, partake in outdoor activities and discover new delicious restaurants.


Jane Fuchs

Certifications

Jane has been an exercise enthusiast for the past 25 years. She is a practitioner in Pilates, yoga, weight training, and cycles inside and outside. In 2005 she was certified by Power Pilates to teach Pilates on all the apparatus and Mat work. She attends many workshops for Pilates and other movement modalities. She uses her skills as a student and teacher when teaching. Jane is thorough and a lot of fun.


David Hughes

Certifications

David Hughes is a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. His journey began in the heart of Soho, NYC, where he immersed himself in classical training methods, refining his skills in top-tier studios. Specializing in strength training, Pilates-based mat exercises, and across all Pilates apparatuses, David is renowned for his comprehensive approach to fitness. David enjoys the welcoming and professional atmosphere of To The Core Pilates Studio, where he collaborates with other top Pilates instructors. Alongside his work in New York City, David trains clients across eastern Long Island.
