Our Studio
To The Core opened its doors April 1, 2012, growing each year into a fully equipped Pilates Studio. Our studios are light, airy, energizing and comfortable non judgemental.
Through Pilates and other fitness modalities, we work to improve Posture, Strength, Power, Mobility and Balance.
Some clients come to us after surgery, physical therapy, injury or inactivity. We seek to build strength and mobility around their ailment and or injury empowering them to move without pain and enjoy their lives. Some clients are already very active and athletic, looking to increase power and control for their sports, like golf, tennis or pickle ball.
We focus building strength from within and moving at the clients own pace. We do not practice “one size fits all” fitness.
