  • Please wear comfortable fitness attire, dress in layers if you tend to feel chilly. Please wear sneakers for Cardio/Sculpt and TRX classes. Sneakers are not necessary for Pilates Mat, Barre or Reformer classes. We do recommend sticky socks for Pilates Reformer classes.

  • Yes. in fact, Pilates was developed from hospital beds and equipment to rehabilitate patients.
